Thank you for visiting and shopping at https://www.boonesbay.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

USA & CANADA

Customers will pay $7.95USD for destinations within Texas and $12.95 for all other US destinations if the order is under $100 total, orders over $100 will be free shipping.  Shipping generally takes 2 - 7 days to arrive at your doorstep.

https://www.boonesbay.com ships to all addresses in the United States and Canada.  Please contact us at info@boonesbay.com for shipping requests to destinations outside of these areas.   

Shipping times are a guideline only. Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) for you to keep tabs of where your product is at all times by just clicking on the link.

PLEASE NOTE: ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS LEFT THE WAREHOUSE, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OR CONTENTS IN THE ORDER. BOONE’S BAYIS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING PARCELS IF THE INCORRECT ADDRESS WAS PROVIDED, SO PLEASE ENSURE ALL DETAILS ARE CORRECT BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE.
